UFO near White House emits ray of light: horseplay, false flag or ‘socially destabilizing’ event?

A hyperdimensional UFO in over flight approximately one mile south east of the White House in Washington, DC appears to have fired a ray of light or directed energy beam in the vicinity of the White House.

The incident, which occurred on July 20, 2010 at 3:18 AM, was photographed in high-speed, high definition photographs by Wilbur “Will” Allen, a former White House employee and Air Force One engineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. Mr. Allen is also a talented professional photographer for major motion picture studios such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam.

Mr. Allen states, “On July 20, 2010 at 3:18:07 AM in NW Washington DC, a relatively short distance from the White House, I imaged a slow moving UFO pulse through the sky, and then [observed the UFO] fire an energy beam which extended from it.” Mr. Allan also states, “I took several stationary images of the stars as I usually do. However, there is one object I thought to be a star, moving and then discharging a beam of light!!!.... There is one frame that does not make much sense? A Star is either moving or shooting a beam of light that is ‘bent’? The motion is not registered with any of the other ‘stars’ in this sampling.”

On July 26, 2010, Mr Allen sent a video to this reporter and added, "In the ten frames of images [in the video below] are other objects. First are the echoes of the luminous anomaly slightly in front of this object in tandem flight and maneuver. What the luminous anomaly did, so did the echoes except they did not discharge a plasma beam? Secondly, it was in pursuit of another object(s). In my analysis, I discovered a luminous red object in flight, however in pursuit of an energy distortion, which I have imaged may times, because it follows me? However; in the ten frames the objects mentioned all are perhaps in a tactical posture. Please take a look, the physical data does indeed show ET engagement, and the anomaly is discharging a tactical device. Ironic, it echoes the hyperdimensional UFOs on July 16, 1952/July 16, 2002/July 4, 2002/July 4, 2010/July 20, 2010, Analysis B (quadrant analysis) July 20, 2010."

Bruce Maccabee, an optical physicist formerly employed by the U.S. Navy, and a leading ufologist, has examined Mr. Allan's photographs of the July 20, 2010 UFO near the White House. Mr. Maccabee has stated, "I graphed the motion photo by photo. The stationary star was indeed stationary. Therefore all motion of the moving light was due to its own motion. The attached graph shows that most of the movement was in the horizontal direction to the right, with some motion downward. The graph of the horizontal motion is nearly a perfect straight line. Errors in measurement of the position could account for slight non-linearity (where data points don't lie exactly on a straight line. The point is that the moving light was moving at a constant velocity starting at the first photo and ending during the last photo. You have suggested that if the light moved downward suddenly making the "trail" that the trail would be the same width as the object/light...that is, the width of the trail would equal the width of the "dot"image which I claim is overexposed. My analysis suggests that the "dot" image is larger than it should be, that is, the brightness has increased the size of the image. In this case, the width of the trail would be closer to the actual width of the image if underexposed. (I have experimented with the effect of brightness on image size using light sources of certain sizes that can be adjusted to various brightness levels. Invariably the size at "good" exposure is the "geometric size"that is given by S = (O/D) x F where S if the size (width) of the image, O is the sizeof the object/light (as measured perpendicular to the line of sight/lens axis), D is the distance from the camera to the object/light and F is the focal length.) As the brightness increases the image size grows larger than the geometric size. Thus a "point source" light like a distant star makes an image size that depends upon the brightness of the star. The fact that image size is related to star brightness was used by astronomers to measure the relative brightnesses of stars."

Hyperdimensional UFOs have been photographed over the U.S. Capitol, Washington monument, and in restricted P-56A air space since at least 1950. Area P-56A restricts airspace around the U.S. Capitol and White House in Washington, DC.

Mr. Allen has photographed hyperdimensional UFOs in restricted P-56A airspace overflying and landing on the U.S. capitol in 2002 and 2008, as well as hyperdimensional UFOs over the July 4, 2002 celebration on the U.S. Capitol Mall. This appears to be a first photograph near the White House where a hyperdimensional UFO is emitting a ray of light or directed energy beam.

As this Examiner.com article discusses, it is reasonable to whether this event may be (1) horseplay or creative signaling by a hyperdimensional UFO from an inter-dimensional intelligent source as a consciousness awakener to the public at large through Mr. Allen. A veritable lightshow of creative signaling from hyperdimensional UFOs took place over the Millennial Celebration on January 1, 2000; (2) a false flag event from a U.S. or other black ops vehicle; or (3) a ‘socially destabilizing’ event of the sort that John Podesta, Co-Chair of the Obama Transition Team is reported to have warned Mr. Allen his work would result in.
